Eco-Monkey is the environmentally aware online service of Analem and part of Analem and subject to the Terms and Conditions of Analem unless a specific terms and conditions for Eco-Monkey is stated

Eco-Monkey may also be referred to as EcoMonkey

Any Analem discounts are offered on the strict understanding that all monies are paid by the day of outbound travel

Seat belts must be worn in accordance with British law

The hirer is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of his or her party

The company and its drivers have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger

The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day

Every effort will be made by the company to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive and reach destinations on time. Analem shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay (and/or arising consequential losses) in carrying out our obligations arising from any cause outside of our reasonable control

Having reviewed the details of your journey on the invoice and our terms and conditions you should pay the total amount due by cheque, payable to Analem to the above address. The balance of your total Analem travel cost must be received by the company no later than 28 days prior to travel or on receipt of invoice

Payment

1. Payment for Analem can be made by cheque or card via PayPal. Payment can be made on receipt of invoice or at a later date if booking ahead but must be received in full, 28 days prior to travel, unless other terms are stated on your invoice. If payment is not made at 28 days prior to travel, we reserve the right to reallocate the dates and times. If booking at less than 28 days prior to travel payment must be made on receipt of your invoice. On receipt of payment your booking is secure. There is 4% charge for debit/credit card payment made by the credit card company, PayPal or when paying by a PayPal account. A deposit is not required to secure your booking

2. Payment for Eco-Monkey can only be made by card or PayPal account via PayPal. Payment must on receipt of invoice and must be received in full, On receipt of payment your booking is secure

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. In the case of customer cancellations the following will apply. If we are notified by the customer,

• Not less than 28 days prior to booking date - full refund

• Not less than 7 days prior to booking date - 50% refund

• At all other times, no refund will be made

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle during or after the hire period including any Ipod / Mp3 player played or recharged

At certain times we may not be able to transport Eco-Monkey customers in a hybrid petrol / electric vehicle and we will upgrade you free of charge to an Analem vehicle

In the unfortunate event of breakdown Analem cannot be held responsible

In the event of the vehicle becoming soiled by the passenger(s) a minimum of £50.00 will be charged for valeting of the vehicle
